Privacy Policy

Tayyar Al Mustaqbal is a clean-energy brand backed by Masa Power, supplying solar and power equipment across Iraq. We are located at 1st floor, Rabieh building, Al Mansour Street, Baghdad, Iraq. You can reach us at Info@tayyarpower.com.

We collect only what is needed to run the site and answer your enquiries:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, project type and the message you choose to send us.
• Direct communication: anything you send us by email, phone or messaging.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, collected automatically by our hosting provider to keep the site secure.
• Analytics data (only if you accept): the pages you view, how long you stay, how you found us, your approximate location and your device type, collected through Google Analytics cookies.
• Language preference: saved on your own device so the site opens in the language you chose.

We do not ask for payment details through this site and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use your information to:

• respond to quote requests and enquiries, and send the product or project information you asked for;
• keep the website secure, reliable and working properly;
• understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it;
• meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We share information only with service providers and group companies that help us operate:

• Cloudflare hosts the site, protects it from abuse and provides privacy-friendly analytics that does not use cookies.
• Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our email inbox.
• Google Fonts supplies the website typefaces; your IP address is sent to Google when the fonts load.
• Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site, but only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process this data on servers outside Iraq.
• Microsoft 365 provides our email.
• Masa Power group companies and our installation partner, only where needed to respond to your project enquiry.

These providers may process data outside Iraq. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies are small files saved in your browser. This site uses:

• Strictly necessary: values in your browser’s local storage that remember your language and your cookie choice. Cloudflare may also set security cookies to detect bots and protect the site. These do not need your consent.
• Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics cookies, named _ga and _ga_ followed by letters and numbers, that tell us how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found us. We switch off Google’s advertising and personalisation features and we do not use these cookies for advertising.

If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time: change cookie settings. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Separately, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without using cookies.

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records, generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law or an ongoing customer relationship requires longer.

The site is served over HTTPS and protected by security headers and bot protection. Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it. No online service is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the contact form.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email Info@tayyarpower.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first.

Our site links to social media pages and product datasheets. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, so please read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
